I have just been diagnosed with it and wake up with numb arms each morning and the pins and needles are quite severe at times.. :(

No not yet but the doctor said i can get a special brace for my condition from the chemist.. :D
I need to get wrists bands tho because just driving makes my fingers numb.. :(
