Snaps :)

Hi guys :D

I bought myself a hand snap press, but it doesn't like me!

When I try to put the snaps on it squishes the middle bit, but sometimes presses on the outside (where it snaps together iykwim?) & the snaps won't do up!

Is it just a matter of practise & they all do it?? Or is there some magic I don't know about?

BTW, any secrets to getting them undone after snapping? For when I have stuffed up??
