boys name help

what do people think of the following names (I am having trouble with boys names):

Thomas
Samuel
Owen
Finn

Opinions, really like Thomas, but very popular. Worried child might get teased with the name Finn. Any thoughts to help decide???

If you're worried about popularity, go with Samuel or Owen.

Sam's my fave out of the lot.

I love Finn, you could also go for Finley, or Phinneaus

Elle McPherson has a Finn.

I love Owen. I would have used it, except it is my Dad's name and he said he would be upset.
It's a gentleman's name I think.

Finn... yep he would get teased more than likley (refering to fish etc)

I love Finn. We were tossing it around as Finnegan when we were trying to find names when pregnant with DD.

Or my next pick would be Samuel.

My neighbour has a Finn and it suits him....his nickname is Finny! Never thought of a fish though (although kids are more cruel).

I think they are all great! They are all in our family!

I have uncles who are Samuel (Samuel Nathaniel actually) and Tom (Thomas Louis). Uncle Tom's grandson is Finn (my favourite name of the lot), and my godson is Owen. So I think they are all excellent choices!

i like finn! its a nice name...its very similar to my boys middle name...flynn. I wouldnt worry about the teasing part...if you like it thats the main thing!

hmmm just read thru all the posts...sounds like finn might be a good choice!

We like Finn too so Finlay is on our list. I love Flynn too but we already have a Flynn in the family so it's out.
