Does anyone know of a PHI who gives rebates for gym memberships? Getting a doctors note will be no problem, but I've just learned that my insurer won't do it at ALL!!

Does anyone know of a PHI who gives rebates for gym memberships? Getting a doctors note will be no problem, but I've just learned that my insurer won't do it at ALL!!
NIB does it, but from memory there is a 6 month wait for it. I think up to $400 on our cover.
