Can Anyone "See" Where My Watch Might Be?

A few months ago I misplaced my gold Citizen watch. It didn't worry me too much when I first realized it was lost because I have a new heart rate monitor which also works as a digital watch. But I would like my gold one back now... am getting a bit worried. I'm 90% sure it's in our house somewhere. But I am 10% wondering if I might have left it at a friend or relatives house. My 3yo does have a tendency to pick things up and wander around with them... but we have also had a few rapid cleanups in which I think I might have bundled it up with some other items.

Anyhow... if anyone would like to test their psychic abilities please share your first thoughts. It has a round face with actual numbers not Roman numbers. Ta :)

haha! and while you're at it.. where is my DH's gold watch that he lost a YEAR ago??

Is it with your cleaning gear somewhere?

Our bed is a Federation style wooden bed so quite high off the ground, high enough that my 3 kids can all hide under it at the same time... nothing under it but dust... :redface: I also emptied out my top drawer of my bedside table, no go.

Even if you can see something that might be near it... a type of fabric or surface that would help.

have you swapped handbags? could it be in the kids toybox if you have one? Otherwise it maybe in a junk drawer (we have a few of these at our place lol) where you have swept it up in a hurried tidy up session

Maz: funny you should say that! Yesterday I wore my short black trench jacket while doing the school run and I found my red heart rate monitor watch in the LEFT pocket... held it for a while then decided to leave it in there until a bit later to put it on. I also decided to do a BB thread at that time about my gold watch. Amazing skills woman! But alas, no, I have checked all my jackets (but I might check again) and fairly sure it's not in clothing.

Going to check near my cleaning things soon Lulu.

Kristy and Astrid: I'm going to check my handbags now... the kids don't have a toy box... my handbags/coats are stored in an alcove near an ensuite (actually off my DD's room) so that could be why you got the bathroom flash Astrid... the ensuite is right near by... you can see the cupboads while standing in the bathroom. It's highly likely that it is in this region. My cupboards are pretty messy. I don't get in there very often because my 3yo follows me in and wreaks havoc. Hmmm might have to put on a DVD for him while I have a good search.

I went into that alcove area near the ensuite... and I looked at my handbags. Then I noticed my red Crumpler backpack (pictured HERE) that I shoved in there after my new Red Cross shoulder bag arrived a few months ago... which I kinda swapped from one to the other for my daily usage (:thumbsup: Kristy!)

I looked in every pocket and there it was!!! In the last area to be searched... the big pocket at the front where i store the matching umbrella. I never usually put stuff in that pocket... but thinking back I think I did while on that trip to Sale a few months ago! (that is where I thought I might have left it).

So I am sooo grateful to all you girls! I was so worried that someone might have stolen it by now or something... I don't have much jewelry so I don't often lose things like this but this is something I really value... thanks again!!!!

You all saved me a long and frustrating afternoon in the office (which is a total disaster area) because I was thinking it must be in there somewhere.

Yay! Glad you found it! I'm not psychic, but my first thought when I read your original post was to check in one of your bags/handbags too. I was going to suggest checking in a zipped section until I read the rest of your thread ;)
