If that is the case I would probably seek advice from your GP about it first rather than just buying something over the counter and using it on your own kwim?
Does she eat salmon? Tinned salmon (the bones) are a great source of calcium.
What about white sauce on things (and throw in some cheese). Other than that not sure of supplements, like Trillian said, good to see Doc about that one xo
Saw the chemist today & they said as long as she's still having 2 breastfeeds a day to not worry about it & to just keep offering cheese & dairy
