What shape is your bump?

Just wondering what shape your bump is now that your in third tri. And did shape change dramatically as weeks passed by?

When you see bumps some seem more basketbball shaped and some aren't. Mine isn't and as I mentioned in another thread baby seems to like hanging out on my right hand side so half the time my bump is lopsided. Its funny its either in the centre or else to the right never to the left.:D

Doesn't make any difference but think its funny how different the same event is for so many people.

Doing my best

mine is quite round at moment, very low, and slightly on the left..

It seems to have gone quite round in the last few days and it feels like he is pushing lower into the pelvis (bub has been engaged for about 6 weeks now).

Mine is round and all out the front. It looks like I have a basketball stashed under my top :lol:

I don't have one now, but mine was basketball shaped with all 3 babies, lol.
I did carry slightly higher with the girls & more at the front with DS, but not really visibly noticeable. I could tell though.

I read somewhere that the way you carry is alot about where your bowels get pushed to as your uterus grows.

If they get pushed up and to the back you tend to look more like the basketball/all out the front or all baby.

If they get pushed up and out to the sides you get the more rouned out to the sides kind of look, or maybe like when someone's said to be carrying to the back.:bellygrowing:

And apparently the pushed up and out to the sides is a better option..more room in the bowel and less likely to be constipated, compared to if they're a bit squashed up behind the baby :think:

I'm only 2nd tri but carrying more to the back & out the side kinda look:bellygrowing:

im mostly all baby!! I have put a little weight on my hips but thats it. Mines more egg shaped? sitting pretty low, i think anyway.
Apparently im big for how far long i am, but i just think its coz im little, its just more noticeable LOL

mine is weird, it just looks like a fat beer gut....lol
Its hard to explain but it doesnt look aanything like the typical rounded belly i see on other pregnant ladies :(

With DD I was all lumpy LOL mostly up & to the left but with bumps sticking out everywhere from knees, elbows, etc

mines low and im carrying all over as usual!!! like a puffed up marshmallow... i carry the same with all of mine no difference between the sexes!!!

All out front!!!! We (a friend of ours and me) made a joke at a wrestling event we went to on saturday that i wasnt really pregnant and that i was stashing the merchandise under my shirt, and these three people turned around and looked at me like they believed him!! Stupid gulible people kept turning around for the rest of the time we were standing there and making sure i didnt have anything there... Got so annoying that i lifted up my shirt to show them my extremely large and round stomach! :rofl:
