Ok so im trying not to get my hopes up as ive had 2 temp dips the last two days but can anyone take a look at my chart..

My Luteal Phase is normally 9 days .. im currently on 11DPO(:dance:), FF has told me my chart looks triphasic and i would just really love some opinions!
Anyone? No need to sugar cote it if you think im not :lol:

If it were me I would most probably test.
If your Luteal Phase is usually only 9 days then by rights you are already 2 days late.

I would test if you are late.
If AF does turn up maybe try some B6 to lengthen your LP. The reason you may not be getting pregnant could be your short LP. If that doesn't work you may need some progesterone...

Thanks Tanya! I trialed B6 but got nervous as people were saying the dosage in the pill i was taking was too high so i only stuck with it for one cycle. Am yet to explore progesterone...i spoke to my 'doctor' about my short LP and he completely dimissed it saying lengthening it wont increase my chances of falling pregnant ... needless to say i havent been back to him. Just exploring natural ways to lengthen it :lol:
Hun, I took the blackmores B6 tablets, 1 a day for many cycles, and up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. I believe they helped me increase my lp. I was also talking blackmores pregnancy multis and extra folate. And my OB was cool with the dose.

dont POAS early its not good to see :bfn: you need to wait I know its hard but dont POAS for another 7 days :)

see in all my TTC I have never been a POAS addict :lol: but yes steer clear of shops over weekend and go off on holdays totally blisslessly unaware :) you can do it I have faith :lol:
aaww warm fuzzies! Thanks hun! Im only a POAS addict if a) i think i am late or b) i have NO IDEA when af is due ... hmm shall TRY and hold out until i get back from Holidays ... or atleast half way through, am going away for 2 weeks :dance:
Hi Ammaki, bummer you got a BFN, but as some of the ladies have said testing too early can give you a false negative, so you never know! I just wanted to say that my cycle was a bit over the place after a late loss and my LP was short (under 11 days) some months. I read a lot of great stuff about accupuncture, so decided to give it a try, well I fell pg in the first month. Could have been a coincidence, but still worth trying I say. There is an old thread on acccupunture in the 'Natural therarpy's section. I don't know how to post links, but hopefully you will find it if interested. All the very best.

Upside is my luteal phase was 15 days not the usual 9 :dance: fingers crossed it stays that long =D
