3rd August, 2009 - Ellee is now a proud Mummy

I am now a proud mummy to a precious little girl Zahli (at the risk of giving up my identity ;) ). After an eventful entry to the world via c/s on 3rd August at 36wks 6 days our baby girl weighed 5pound 10oz or 2.5kg, was 48cm long and had a 33cm HC. She spent 8 days in Neonatal special care nursery where we went on a bit of a roller coaster ride but she came back stronger than ever like somebody just turned a switch on inside her. We are now out of hospital, enjoying family life and..... successfully breastfeeding :dance:

Oh Ellee! Congratulations..oooh that must have been a bit of a shock having her in neo care but wow, what a fighter.
