Hens weekend..??
Im currently trying to organise my sisters suprise hens weekend...
She has already told me she wants nothing wild- no getting wasted, no strippers no embarrassing things lol....
So i have decided a nice pampering weekend would be nice for her and i called our local day spa and got some prices etc....
I called her MIL who suggested to go to melbourne for the weekend which isnt actually a bad idea!!
So i called Crown Towers..... OMG HOW FRIGGIN EXPENSIVE!!! i almost fell over lol i know its a once in a lifetime thing for her but geeez i dont know if i can justify paying that much?? 1800 + for one night but that does include everything breakfast etc...
does anyone know of any other NICE melb places??? or maybe a day spa in melb that reasonable??
HELP!!!!!!

There are some nice ones out in the Yarra Valley - not sure what they are like $$$ wise or maybe on Mt. Dandenong....

The Langham Hotel in Melbourne has a DIVINE spa place called Chuan Spa...DH and i went there before i fell pregnant and it was THE best massage/pampering i've had. having said that, it is expensive, but SOOOOO worth it! - just google Langham Melbourne and you can have a look and get pricing. - They do good package deals with hotel and spa packages :D

does it need to be melbourne CBD?? u could try daylesford or hepburn springs for some seriouss pampering, accomodations not too bad either, u can get midweek at B&B's at great prices

Vote 1 Daylesford! Nice to go out for meals etc too.
We did stay in an incredible rooftop terrace across from Crown at Christmas time, but the name escapes me. I don't know if they have a spa, but the apartment we were in slept 6 (could have been more) and had a basic kitchen. Let me know if you want details, I will dig them up.

Rainbow, i know you mentioned Crown Towers was expensive, but there is a place opposite it called Crown Promenade (its owned by Crown Towers but has more resonable prices for accommodation!), i don't think they have a spa tho...
