Need some legal help...

Theres probably nothing I can do here... which stinks but I'll ask anyway.

At Brendans daycare theres a fees box, you put your mmoney with a note that has the amount, date, your name, childs name and 'fees payment' written.
I dont like the system.... because theres no proof you paid....

Anyway I made a payment, $100 (a single note) in an envelope with all the details and they have no record of it....
So its my word against theres.... What can I do? I refuse to repay it, we simply can't afford to.

I will be making all payments by direct deposit now, so I do have a receipt as proof.

:hug: that sucks, i too pay all our kinder fees via DD because i have concerns about the fees box too, i doubt you can do anything,

Do they have cameras in the foyer to prove you putting it in the box?
otherwise it is really hearsay and i guess an expenisve lesson learnt.

I rarely pay anything cash these days for this reason .
