Hello...

What are your yummiest quiche fillings?
i throw in lots of stuff - ham, cheese, grated carrot, peas/corn or ham cheese three colors of capsicum...
pumpkin, sundried tomato, feta, spinach....
you can used steamed pumpkin (don't cook it too much), or even better roasted pumpkin cut into smaller bits.
mmmmmmnnnnnnnn yummy, how do you make your Quiche ???
Thanks girls!
BG thats my usual one too!
Kate-that sounds yummo! What quantities etc. do you usually do?
Mmmm, I love a good quiche.
I usually use 2-3 shallots, 2 rashers of bacon or ham and 2-3 cups of spinach, all finely sliced. It is a lovely combo.
Bee - I use a sheet of puff as the the pastry. I then mix together 250mls cream (usually lite) 1 cup of cheese, 2 whole eggs and 3 egg yolks. You can then add anything to this basic mix. It usually takes arounf 35mins to set at 180C.
I ended up doing feta, baby spinach, pumpkin and sundried tomatoes...BIG success!! Thanks girls ;)
