Pulling pants/nappies off

My DS is just on turning 18 months, lately keeps pulling his pants then nappies off, I find he's doing it more whem its wet.

Have spoken to a few people they think he may be ready for potty training?

Please need yr thoughts girls.

ps my dad said i was 15 months when i started.
