Thanks

A friend of mine makes picture books herself, just prints off images and makes up a story about whatever they want to work on at the time.
I did a similar thing with Ash with books from the library just changing the words to send a message across I wanted using the pictures.
If I come across any real books will let you know, maybe ask a librarian at your library sometimes they can be really helpful.
Steve Biddoulf (sp?) has some awesome books on raising children, I particularly love "Raising Happy Children" its awesome.
ETA: opps sorry  There are a few emotions books out there for kids who don't understand as well... they are titled "When I'm feeling xxx" We have sad & angry... to try to help DD understand when she feels that way.
We have a book called 'when I'm feeling kind', I can find out who it's by later if you want, or you could try googling perhaps. Apparently the author has a whole series, like 'when I'm feeling sad' and things, so perhaps there might be something like that?
*snap* Nelle... its the awesomeness....
There used to be a book around called Hand are not for Hitting by Martine Agassi (and she also had one called Feet are not for Kicking). I don't know if it is still available - I work in a bookshop and can check tomorrow if it is still in print, if you like? Or try ebay or Amazon? It suggests things that they can do with their hands, like clapping, waving etc, not hitting!
Can't disagree with you there Christy. :p
