I've been doing some searches/googling re: TTC diet(s), can anyone recommend a diet to improve our chances of pregnancy? Preferably a structured diet that I can follow for a weekly meal plan.
Thanks,
CBG

hi,
I don't have a diet plan to follow, but I have a book called
'Getting Pregnant Faster' by Dr Marilyn Glenville which has some really good eating advice for conception. It tells you want you should eat and what you should avoid.
HTH :)
Thank you, I've found it online. Hopefully the local bookstore has a copy.
Best of luck Star Bright TTC.
I did Cohens which isn't marketed as a TTC diet, but Dr Cohen is a fertility Dr and created this diet to help women TTC a baby.
I did it for 14 weeks and got a BFP with this baby. Before the diet my AF was arriving anywhere between 34-71 days. In the 14 weeks I was on Cohens, my AF was great.
A lot of women who start the diet are told to be extra careful as it does make it easier to fall pregnant for most. Someone else who was doing it at the same time as me is also pregnant and due 30 days after me.
Wishing you all the very best for a short & successful TTC journey
Thank you Lisa, I've got to love the internet - suggestion and google it away.
WoW! You haven't got long to go now. Wishing you all the best on the day.
Hey,
There is a really good book called The Fertility Diet. I got it from Fishpond and it's brilliant!
Good luck
