Teething
Just wanted to check if anyone else can tell me if pulling at ears and rubbing nose constantly is a sign of teething.
My 8 month old has 2 teeth and I think she is getting another one as is very unsettled at night the last week. Waking every 2 hours crying and can take me up to 2 hours to get her back to sleep.
She is now lifting herself up to standing position wherever she is. Could it be a developmental thing instead of teething.?
Would love some feedback.
thanks

yeah it can be teething. Also can be a sign of sickness.. (eg cold, ear infection, hayfever). Mia rubs her nose all day and pulls her ears and she has no teeth.

JD has no teeth as yet and he always pulls at his ears. In fact he makes them bleed by scratching at them. He cries while he is doing it and often stops him from sleeping. Turns out he has ear infection. He has been on antibiotics twice now, but I dont think its helping so we are off to Peadi tomorrow. So please don't just put it down to teething. Always get it checked out! Better to be safe than sorry.
