Ecobubs leaking!!

Really not impressed with my ecobubs :( The look great but have leaked EVERY time I've used them. I have 3, they're all pockets, one of them is the wool one. They all leak!

I was firstly just using them with a GK bamboo insert and they leaked. So I thought maybe a microfibre insert on top to soak up the pee quicker (even though I don't need to in the GKs) but that still doesn't help, they leak everywhere. They are TIGHT around her legs so I don't even know how it's getting out! One time a poo even leaked out, and actually it kind of looked like it came through the PUL like there was little holes where it had been sewn around the legs or something??

Any ideas??

Oh and forgot to say it's not coz she's had them on too long or anything. The first wee she does in them leaks out!!

i think i heard something about tumble drying to re seal the pul but i cant remember where i saw it but its like u said with the holes where its sewn
do the wool ones have pul?

I don' t have a dryer! I did try to do it with the hairdryer though but didn't help.
Actually I had one of them in the dryer when I was at mums the other day, can't remember which one though, LOL.

I would suggest the dryer option too, or contact Ecobubs directly. I have never heard of any complaints about them, so I bet they would do anything to help you out.

SJ wish I had some advice to offer but I don't because we have the same problem. Especially around the legs. Seems like it just wicks out.

i've only had leaks when ds was between snap sizes as one was too tight and the next too loose so sorry i cant help :dunno:

how'd you go with the ecobubs Heaven?

No luck :( I haven't contacted them though. One of them has been in the dryer but it hasn't made any difference. Think I might just try and sell them.

It might just be a case of them being too wide in the crotch for her babe xxx

So sad :( They're so cute.
