I've Got MasterChef's Julie Goodwin's Celebration Cake in the Oven!
I bought this months Womens' Weekly especially for Julie's recipes and am half way through my first one; her Celebration Cake. So far so good... but wow! it's going to be decadent! So far I've used over half a kilo of white chocolate!!! But it's the kind of cake that you don't have to spend ages creaming sugar and butter :thumbsup: in this one you melt them together with the chocolate on the stove... then mix in 5 eggs (!) and then the flours. I bought Anchor's special cake flour for this recipe too.
And now it's in the oven! I'm using my heart shaped tins because they are the only ones I have exactly the same size (it's a layer cake). When I finish I'll take a piccy and link :)
Anyone else doing this recipe?
