Weight Watchers points?
I cannot afford to join WWers but got my hands on 2009 points guide, eating out guide and journal so Im going to start it next week. I was wondering if anyone could give me a heads up on approx how many points I would be on? Im breastfeeding so I know it would be different to what I was on doing WW-ers after my first bub.
Ta!

Hi Anna
I got this off the WW forums - I'm pretty sure you can use these even if you are not a member
Points Quiz
Are you:
female - 7
breastfeeding - 14
male - 14
How old are you:
16-20 - 5
21-35 - 4
36-50 - 3
51-65 - 2
over 65 - 1
How much do you weigh:
If 2 digits use the first digit
If 3 digits use the first 2 digits
How tall are you:
Under 160cm - 1
160cm or over - 2
How active are you most days:
Sitting most of the time - 0
Occasionally sitting, mainly standing - 2
Occasionally standing - mainly walking - 4
Doing physically active work most of the time - 6
So just add up the ones that apply to you.
The points guides etc are good - but my fave is the points calculator - soooo easy to quickly work out points using kj/sat fat from nutrional panels or receipes with this info.
Hope this helps - good luck with the weight loss - I have my third meeting tomorrow

Im looking at around 26-30 points, thanks guys!
I'll keep the offer in mind CF but will see how I go with the books. Ive done up points values for the majority of things I eat on a regular basis (Im feeding 3 kids as well so things dont vary a heck of alot lol) Hopefully I see some kgs disappear soon.
