weight falling off me 11 months after CS2

Hi,

I have 2 kids 1 is 27mths 1 is 11 months .. so after the first one i was pregnant again 7 months after giving birth to DS...

After birth of my DD i went up to approx 80kg i am usually 50ishkg after DS1 i only got back to about 63kg then back up to around 80 before DD was born.

Anyway I was 74 in december and now i am 54kg... reason I have posted is because is this normal to keep losing weight so quickly.

My life can be pretty full on , I dont find a lot of time to eat properly - i nibble... and then i usually eat tea on the counter because someone needs something different like milk or baby food what ever...

I am losing around 1/2 - 1 kilo a week sometimes....

Did your weight just literally fall off you - do you think its a combo of running around after 2 littlies (11 month old walking at 9mths) I still have my spare tyre, but I have had 2 CS's so thats never going to go..

I guess im a bit worried this is not normal ...

i reckon running around after two kids can do that after my first i ended up lighter than ever before and i gained 30 kilo with her :)

hmmm it could be normal, however if you are concerned you should see your doctor as losing alot of weight quickly is sometimes not so good.

I wish I could shift these last 10kg i have been carrying around since ds was born :(
