Don't think I will get mother of year..

Last night I gave DD a bath about 5.30 cause she prefers to bath with DS than shower with Daddy now.. So as per most nights, I put a terrytowelling nappy and a cover on till bedtime.. She also wanted her pj on early too.

Then I fell asleep on the couch and DH with his mind elsewhere (in another thread) put her to bed but didn't change her nappy. I realised this when she woke up about 5.30 this morning. :redface:

Suppose 1 good thing to come of it, I learnt that BBH covers work really well. She didn't leak at all. :p

She will be fine. If it was worrying her she would not have slept for so long.

At least you remembered to change it... I gave DS to DH to put to bed and forgot to change his nappy before bed, his nappy was soaked before he went to bed. by the time he woke up 6 hours later he was saurated even with the BBH cover. I felt so bad. DS woke up early because he was so wet. He was pretty cranky when i had to change all his clothes and nappy in the middle of he night. It taught me a valuable lesson, hasn't happened since.
