Sushi sushi!!
Ok I am 8 weeks in and craving sushi so bad I feel like a junkie!!
I pretty much grew up on sushi, and I generally eat it 5 days a week at least...
I am really ill with MS and all I feel like is salmon sushi and tamago (egg) sushi.
Now I have been doing research and it *seems* that the risk of sushi is not for listeria (which can harm the baby) but rather for standard Food Poisoning, because pregnant women have lower immune. And of course, you can treat food poisening. BUT more importantly, in all my years, I have only ever been ill from sushi once, and it was a prawn roll at a DODGY place!!
I am wondering what people think about the risk? In theory, it is much more dangerous to drive a car while pregnant than to eat sushi...
How I ate while pregnant -- megnut.com - this article intersted me.

I'm not sure of the 'correct' answer, but I would think if its from a reputable place it would be ok - but maybe just stay away from the raw fish ones.
Otherwise - have you thought about making it yourself. I make it myself (did some last week), that way I know its fresh and whats in it. You can get kits from the supermarket and they are rather easy to do (I think so anyway and I'm not the best in the kitchen either). I usually do avocado ones, marinated BBQ chicken in teriyaki sauce and a couple of sweet chili tuna ones - then usually eat them within 24 hours (along with DH's help ;))
