Panadol???

I was just wondering, Julian needed some panadol last night after his needles.

When is it usually out of their system so that I can use my nappies again instead of the disposables?

I have no idea mate, I've never worried about it. Stains eventually come out.

Oh ok, that's what I was worried about.

So I will put one on when he wakes up?

hi amanda, Ive been using panadol with DS and his nappies for about a week now, the stains sun out pretty easily.

umm... never knew panadol stained? Do you use the coloured one? I only use clear.. I never had issues when we were in cloth.

Liz - the panadol with sorbitol (sp?) can stain nappies, not sure if it happens with all kids though?

I use the colour free one as well.

I think I read somewhere that it stained and I wasn't sure if it would be permanent or not, so thanks for all the replies.

I have never had panadol stain permanatly, but it can take some good sunning to get out!!! ;)

The only permanent stains I got was after one of Kanes surgeries and he was on a baby form of morphine for a week... none of that stuff came out.....:doh:

Wow, I didn't know that either! I thought sun could get out all stains :)
