Getting my baody back in tune for TTC.
SO DH and I have decided that we will be TTC a brother / sister for Bella early to mid next year (:dance:). I will be going off the pill in feb / march next year and then giving my body some time to get back into a natural cycle.
I am going to try and loose some weight and get into an exercise routine to get some health and fittness going.
Are there any other hints and tips that I can start doing now to get myself into tip top shape both physically and mentally to help improve my chances of concieveing??
Any advice would be awesome!
