refund from seller!

Hi ladies,
Iam pretty clueless re ebay. i bought a coat the 15th october through paypal from my debit card. i havent recieved the item so the seller said he would refund me and said he has last week, its not showing on my paypal account or my bank statement. how long should it take??

On your ebay, click on the left hand side of the screen, to resovle a problem. It will take you to paypal and you can lodge a report that you havnt received the item.

If they do they refund through paypal it should go through within 5 days
