hi everyone.....
was just wanting to hear some stories of people who have had a short cervix diagnosed....
i had my 12week NT scan yesterday and the tech said im right on the boarderline and my cervix is short.....it measures approx 2.5cm.....

At my 20 week scan I was advised I had a short cervix (2.2 cm). This was extrememly stressful since DD 1 was born at 28 weeks. I was told to rest, and had to lie on the couch heaps with my feet up. I also did a lot of praying! At the ultrasound 2 weeks later my cervix had lengthened to 3.8cm. A sonographer I was speaking too said that she had seen this happen before after the woman had been on rest. So I recommend rest, rest, rest, no vacuming, or strenuous walking, housework etc. I hope that you are also lucky with your next scan. Hugs to you though hun, I understand how stressful it can be. Just make sure you rest, as housework etc isn't worth it!!
