I'd love to know too...even if it doesn't work for weightloss, it looks like lots of fun I think.

I haven't tried it - TBH, I haven't got the cash! It is soooooo expensive!
Personally, I think it looks fun on the ad, but I reckon it'd get boring pretty quick if you were doing it at home on your own.
We used to do Tai-Bo aerobics with a group of friends once a week and it was quite enjoyable! Maybe if you had a few mates willing to put in some cash and meet up regularly it'd be worthwhile...

I think it looks like fun too but that is in my 3am zombie state feeding the bubba!!!:lol:

How much does it cost anyway, I never watch it to the end.....
