Urgent help needed - extremely unsettled 11mth old

Friday Georgia developed a slight temperature and was really clingy and cuddly, I gave her some panadol which brought it down. She has also had a barky cough but its not consistent. I put her to bed and she woke up the next day (saturday) with a temp again 38.2 so more panadol temp came down but she was really clingy and whingy, wanted to be on boob all the time, wasnt really interested in food. All day temp was up and down but managed it with panadol.

Sunday she was extremely unsettled crying clingy wanted boob constantly , temp still up, just not my happy little girl. Runny nose, pulling at ears, runny poo maybe 1 or 2 wet nappies for the day but not really wet. We took her to the after hours clinic sunday night doc thought she had a chest infection gave her some antibiotics and we went home gave her a dose and some panadol and put her to bed.

Monday she woke up no temp but crying, wanted to be picked up but when I picked her up she would throw herself around crying wriggling then trying to bite me, would only calm down if I put her on boob, then she would sleep on me, this continued all day.

Tuesday exactly the same as monday but much much worse, I was so upset so I rang our usual doctor who saw her straight away, he told me to stop giving her the antibiotics because he thought they were upsetting her tummy. So we went home and changed her nappy still not wet despite breastfeeding constantly. I then noticed small spots on her back and tummy but no where else they are barely noticable today if at all, the dr was not aware of these and I am assuming they are just a reaction to the antibiotics.

She slept well last night but is even worse today, I just dont know what it could be, I cant feel any teeth coming through and she has never reacted like this when teething. I have a follow up appointment at the doctors at 2:45pm today

I am 9 weeks preg, could this affect my milk in a way that would make her sick?

Oh hun I am sorry I don't have any words of wisdom but just want to give you a big hug!! I hope you got some answers at the doc and your little girl is starting to feel better.... must be very hard for you at the moment being pregnant- don't forget to look after yourself too xxx

thanks chepie, I had the Dr appointment and he said he really could not see anything physically wrong he wants to see us again on friday - he said the only thing he is thinking is sometimes when babies get a virus they want more attention and this can cause behavioural issues which he said we would need to ignore her. Now I am confused because I dont want her to develop a bad habit but I dont want to ignore her if there is something really wrong.
