HPT - how long to wait?
I know this has probably been asked a million times, and sorry for that- just wanting some up to date opinions
My ET was 28th Nov (a 5 day transfer) so my EPU was 23rd Nov. Which means I'm *technically* 10DPO today.....I had a 1000unit shot of Pregnyl the day after ET....I've done 3 HPT the past 3 days, the first had a hint of a line, which you could see but it was very faint (So that was 8dpo) then at 9po I saw another *very very faint* line, this morning my 10DPO test shows an even fainter line....I'm starting to send myself bonkers. My BT is due on the 9th of Dec. :wall:
What I guess I'm asking is, for those who'd had success, what DPO did you test with a HPT and did you get a positive?
Thanks girls....I swear this TWW is the hardest of all my years TTC...I never thought I'd be so stressed!

Ok Hon - firstly, b r e a t h e
It will ll be OK. I was told that Pregnyl will give a result for "at least 5 days" so if you have a shot on day 6 then it will probably still be turning up in the test (and is most likely when it is getting fainter). If I were you I would put myself on a ban until Sunday morning - because by then it will be out of your system and you will be 13(?) DPO.
:crossfingers: for a BFP for you.

Thanks Muppity.
Lol, I am resonably calm(besides the stress) lol Just curious. I will try leaving the sticks alone for a few days.
But I'm still curious to what others experienced?

I was told to wait 2 weeks after transfer. Which was a killer.
I waited until 13 days after transfer, but didn't have any pregnyl, just crinone so had nothing to skew my result.
I got a strong positive 13 DP transfer - which was technically 17DPO.
It killed me waiting that long though,

I got a good BFP on 12DPO/7dp5dt but sadly the next day it was much fainter and by the time I made it to beta four days later, my hcg was negligible
I wasn't using Pregnyl though, and there was no way it was leftover trigger from EPU.
So sad.

Ninah, I just wanted to add after a Blast transfer;
10dpo ( 5dp5dt) BFN - ultra sensative with fmu
14dpo (9dp5dt) BFN - ultra sensative with fmu
15dpo (10dp5dt) BFP with BT
I even wore a med to work, so convinced AF was on her way ... and I had had an implant bleed.
It is best to wait, as hard as it is, especially with pregnyl on board
BOL with your BT tommorow x I know how hard it is
