How long do the frequent little runny poos go on for?

I'm not sure how many more days I can manage loads of nappy-free time and doing a zillion loads of washing of pooed-on stuff...
The teeth (her first two) are now showing clearly from her gum, about 1mm of tooth exposed. Please tell me this doesn't go on until the teeth are fully out. Please! :)
