I need a punch reciepe for a hen's night... any ideas ladies?

Dont have a recipe but have seen someone freeze strawberries in water in a smaller bowl and use that as the giant ice brick in it to keep it cool. It looked fantastic!

Fruity Champagne Punch
Ingredients (serves 4)

* 375ml (1 1/2 cups) chilled sparkling wine
* 375ml (1 1/2 cups) chilled lemonade
* 80ml (1/3 cup) chilled vodka
* 80ml (1/3 cup) Malibu coconut liqueur
* 1 lime, thinly sliced
* 100g frozen raspberries
* 125ml (1/2 cup) fresh passionfruit pulp
* Ice cubes, to serve

Method

1. Combine the sparkling wine, lemonade, vodka, Malibu, lime, raspberries and passionfruit in a large jug. Add the ice cubes and serve.

Googled and this is one that sounded kind of nice... i assume just double the ingredients for more etc....
