Feeding/Sleeping quest

DD is 7mths today. The last couple of weeks her day sleep is less consistent use to be half hour in the morning then 1.5-2.5hrs in arvo and self settle all the time. The last couple of weeks she has been really restless in bed - rolling all over the place and the only way she will go to sleep is feed to sleep and then only sleep for .5-1hrs. This arvo she had a good feed before bed so tried something different when she wouldn't sleep and gave her 100ml formula (been wanting to see if she will take formula and bottle), anyway she fed to sleep and has now been asleep for 1.5hrs and still asleep so just wondering if this could mean anything ie. is she not getting enough from me (don't think that is it seem to have enough milk) or needs more solids or just a concidence?

She is having 3 solid meals a day, about 4tbls each meal.
