DH is a sales rep and is on the road all day so i can't send leftovers for lunches that need reheating.
I do sandwiches, lavish rolls, mini quiches....
What are some other things I can send for him for lunches so he doesn't have to keep buying lunch? Not only is it getting expensive but really not that healthy.

Sushi rolls with veges instead of fish, Hummous and carrot sticks & rice crackers, apples. I bought a cold bag and an ice block and would take things like yogurt that way for me, with a salad and put the dressing in a separate container. We do sandwiches and wraps here as well, but I try to make them different everytime so we don't get too bored :D
Does he like pasta salad? Or chicken ceaser? You can make some nice salads with cold meat and yummy dressings. Just need to make sure he has a cooler bag to keep it fresh.
I used to do lunches for my flatmate, who also worked on the road.
He had a cooler bag. I thought along the lines of picnic for him. Mini quiches, baps (flat breadrolls) - with various filings, I used to get the small baps and make up 3 or 4 of them for the day - basically they were no rounder than the palm of my hand - so a good variety and easy to eat. Crudets (carrots, corgette, celery, cucumber) with various dips. Home made cakes/slices/biscuits (Sunday was baking day). Trail-mix (usually home made). Coffee, sugar plus long-life milk. Also for drinks, I'd get small iced coffees, juices etc and freeze (or semi-freeze) them - to help keep the food cool longer and by the time they've melted they're wanted.
If there is enough room in your DH's car, then maybe get one of those mini fridge/coolers that go into the lighter source. You could get more adventurous then.
the other thing is a little heater for food - same deal -runs off the lighter adaptor. they heat food up slowly and work brilliantly. DH was a truckie and used his all the time - about 30 bucks at d!ck smith for the one we have!
Fruit (my lunch box always contains a couple of apples and a banana or grapes or similar)
I cook up a batch of muffins about once a week, wrap them individually and freeze them - they are usually perfectly thawed by lunch time or afternoon tea - and if I cook a batch before the last one finished then there is a variety.
