Blood clots after DTD 4 weeks after childbirth??? TMI

Last night was the second time since Archie's birth that we attempted to DTD... It ended badly!! I had quite a bit of pain and then started bleeding in clots! What does this mean!!!??? I had a PPH after the birth and had pretty much stopped bleeding, just pale lochia. I am now bleeding red blood.
I bled for three weeks after DD's birth then got AF at week 4. Could this be AF again? But why the clots?

Sorry if TMI but i'd appreciate any feedback!

you can get secondary PPH up to 6 weeks after birth, so i would be giving the hospital a call darl, jsut to make sure :hug: i think you need to be checked out
