hiya girls
ok brief history....
1st bub born via emergency section 1999 borderline pre-eclampsia & high BP 8pound 7ounces girl
2nd bub born via elective section 2001 as i was over it high BP 8 pound 6 ounces boy
3rd IVF bub born via section i went into labour prior to booked date for section GD this time round 4.265kgs (don't know pounds??) boy lost twin at 5 1/2 weeks
I am on a major health kick as of lat week...aiming to lose weight and get fit and feel good within myself, my GP has said he doesn't see why i shouldn't be given a TOL when i next get pregnant and doesn't see why i shouldn't be able to VBAC. The thing is...the hospital i have been to the past three times told me last pregnancy i had NO choice but to deliver via section, and i desperatly want to have a VBAC.
A birth centre is in the wind possibly being built this year right near me here in Parramatta. Do you think this would be an option for me?
or
do you think hiring an independant midwife would be my best bet? and try for a homebirth? BUT by that time it is supposed to be not allowed? someone correct me if i am wrong here)
how would i go about achieving my VBA3C.....
and how would i go about convincing my DH to a homebirth if that was the way to go....
