Under the big 100! Wooo Hooo Baby!!!

Well it's been slow and steady - I haven't pushed myself into diet regimes or exercise routines I can't keep up with, just trying to eat healthier, choose smaller portions, choose to walk when possible instead of driving etc and VOILA... finally under the big gross hangs head in shame 100 mark. And getting here make me feel much more motivated!
I weighed myself this morning thinking I would have put weight on, last time i weighed myself was before we moved, before Christmas and NY etc and it hasn't been an easy time... I had given up a lot of good habits that I have not gotten back into so I WAS expecting to have gained but to my surprise wooohooo down to 98.9!
Still have a long way to go but hopefully with the help of physio for my back pain and management it will make exercise help speeden up the process. :)
