I have found a spreadsheet that has ALL the formula's already so it calculates how much you've lost that week - how much weight you've lost since day 1, your BMI, a graph, and a chart :)
If anyone would like a copy please feel free to contact me and I will email it to you - Unless someone is able to tell me how to attach something like that?!?!
