Can anyone share a positive story?

Hi,

I experienced yesterday my first miscarriage and underwent a suction curette.

This was my 3rd IVF attempt (first 2 failed to attach). We have been ttc for 3/12 years I have the most amazing husband and friends but I am just so scared that I am never going to be able to have a baby.
I am 31 have PCOS and struggle to lose weight. I have 11 frozen embryos left and we will try again in a month or two I guess. I am so worried though that if this one did not survive why would any of the frozen ones?

Does anyone else have this fear and can anyone tell me a great positive story about a successful pregnancy following an ivf miscarriage??

I am thinking of you, i never went through IVF but i had PCOS really bad.. I lost 25kg.. my mission was WW and I wanted a baby so badly i was going to do anything. I wasnt going going to let the insulin stop me, and I knew if i made changes it would change my body HUGLY!

So anything that went into my mouth was good for me

1 month later i concieved. Weight and PCOS is the most most important, even a 30min walk at night with you DH..

Firstly, I am so sorry for your loss :hug:
I had my first IVF/ICSI attempt in Jan last year, we fell PG only to loose bubs at 8 weeks. I also had a D&C. We had 2 frosties and went on to FET in the June - it didn't work. I felt okay - it was a lot easier than the miscarrage. In the Nov I had another full cycle - put 2 in, froze 3 and one stuck! My little boy is now 5 months old. It can happen - it does happen hun... I hope you can experience this too :hug:. You know your body can do this - it is a matter of finding a strong embie.

Also, Bronze some people have success with some embies from a batch and not others. My friend Rara had a lot of frosties (maybe 11 too....I think) Anyway, she had a number of unsuccessful FETs (again not sure but I think it was between 3-5) then the first time she put 2 in she struck gold and now has a healthy gorgeous DS. She may be able to give you more solid details - my memory is not so good!
