Due to restructuring at work I have to have an interview for one of the 17 positions available. There are 30 staff. I hate interviews. I know I do my job well and that I can do any one of the new positions available but I still don't like interviews!!

I know now you feel. I had to apply for my own job recently - it was so nerve wracking.

Will you get redundancy at least if you totally bomb and miss out?
Just thinking that might put you in a tough position with baby on the way and all.

Yeah, redundancy is an option, whether voluntary or forced. I don't really know what I'd be entitled to though seeing as though i'm only perm part time and only been here for 12months.:
I know interviews can be awful, but you sound very confident that you know your job well and that you could do any position. Take that confidence into the interview with you.
I also remember that the people that are interviewing you are just people, yes, they may have some power at that point in time, but there's no reason you can't make an interview more into a conversation that you feel comfortable with. What helps me with this is that my dad was an HR manager, so I knew him from a personal side and he is just a person. Outside of their work roles, everyone is just a normal person with a family, etc. so don't build them up too much!
Anyway, remain confident - you know the work and you know the role, so go in there with that knowledge!
