Another vitex question???

Does vitex only regulate cycles if you have long cycles?? I have the opposite problem.. I have been bleeding pretty much full on for the last 12 months and there is no medical cause. The doctors want to put me on the pill but I am TTC! Now my bleeding has calmed down but I have been having about 14 day cycles!! (If you can call that a cycle.. Bleeding for 4 days then not for 10 days..) So if I went on vitex could it lengthen my cycle?? Or is there anything else anyone knows of that may work?? I' getting desperate. I have an appointment with a well know natropath that specialises in fertility but I couldn't get in til mid March...

can't really help but wanted to say i think vitex promotes ovulation, so maybe would shorten a cycle, if anything.
if you are having trouble with bleeding you can take meds for this. i had trouble after my d&c and i was put on Tranexamic acid, i'm sure you could take something similar.
