Will more day feeds = less night feeds?
DS (11 weeks) has started waking up every 2-3 hours at night for a feed when previously he was going a 4 to 5 hours stretch and then every 3ish. Nothing has changed for him and he sleeps well during the day and feeds well every 3 hours during the day. He has great weight gain and lots of lovely nappies. He only takes one side but is always offered both. So I am wondering if I feed him every 2.5 hours during the day, will he go longer at night? I am really not trying to push him but puzzled as he went for about 8 weeks having a good stretch at night. Any thought?
PS I know he will start to sleep longer soon enough but any extra sleep will help!
