Good children's dentist in Melb - Chelt/Ment/Dingley area?

Can anyone recommend a good children's dentist in the Melbourne bayside area. I want to take my 2 year old for her first checkup but I know that she is going to be difficult as she has a meltdown anytime she needs to be examined by anyone!

There must be some dentists out there that are great with kids and getting them to be relaxed and not afraid!

Dr Owen Vincent at Bright Light dental in Jamieson St. Cheltenham. Next door to southland. I took my DS who is 8 and he is really afraid, but came out loving it.
I've recommended him to many of my friends. He is excellent. He has a soft touch IYKWIM.
