Please help, freaking out a little

I did something silly, I GOOGLED a symptom!!
Now I've gotten myself a bit worried I need someone to calm me down lol

For the last week or so my DS has not been sleeping much during the day. 30mins to an hour at most in a 12 hour period.

The last 3 days he has been refusing solids, I have only tried one food but he liked it before. BF have been much better the last few days and he'll have quite a few throughout the day so he's fine in that regard. (thanks to some good advice from some other BB members :D)

Just now after a feed he was lying on his tummy and he vomited a littl bit, maybe 3/4 of a tablespoon, and it had a slightly green color. Haven't seen that before, so I googled it, all the google results said stuff about an intestinal blockage and go to emergency :o

He did a poo just yesterday afternoon, which was runny, but I put it down to him not having had any solids in the last 3 days and it going back to breastmilk only consistancy, IYKWIM?

Should I be packing a bag and running to hospital or is there some other possible explaination?

ETA: He's been a bit grumpy too but I had just put that down to lack of sleep and me being stressed

Step away from Google! Do you have a Nurse On Call or MCHN type hotline in your state that you can call? I don't want to try and diagnose for you because I'm no expert! I would try calling a helpline first and describing his symptoms.

If there is nothing seriously wrong, it sounds a little bit like he is teething to me. The short naps and refusal of solids was a pretty common symptom of teething with my two boys.

Mind you if your worried at all better off seeing a doc or go to emergancy. better to be safe the sorry.

Have you tried a different food? The same thing over and over can get boring.

Like Trish said, it could very well be teething.
Has he had a slight temp? Rosey cheeks? Or sticking his fingers in his mouth more than usual? A slight nappy rash?
Charlotte always went off food, back on the boob, sleep turned to crap, as do her poo lol and she was cranky on and off through out the day for no particular reason.
Especially with her first as she got her 2 front teeth at once.

Keep and eye on him, if he goes off then breast then think about it again. It is very normal to have greenish poo for soooo many reasons, you cannot use one ambiguous symptom to self-diagnosis ;)

PS - lay him on his back and let him relax, somewhere warm, and gently but firmly use your fingertips to press his belly and lower abdomen. If it is hard or distended then he could be constipated or have some gas.
Get some baby oil or lotion and in a CLOCKWISE direction with a firm but gentle pressure, rub his tummy in a circular motion. Use smaller circles in clockwise direction and move around his belly in a large circle (hard to explain lol But if he had a clock drawn on his belly, you would move around the clock so a large circle, and do a small circle where every number be iykwim). Go quite low below the nappy line too.
You can also put his knees together and mover them together in a clockwise circle up to his chest/belly.

This will help manually stimulate his bowel motions and release any pockets of gas he may have. It will also help ease any clogs in his system.

Limeslice - ta, I'll try the things for wind as he's had a fair bit of that lately too.

I just rang 13Health and the lady said it all just sounds like normal teething stuff and that if he keeps throwing up greenyness to call them back but a once of isnt anything to worry about.

I think if he pooped yesterday I'd be surprised at intestinal blockage - but I'm not a doctor. Does he have redder cheeks than usual? Is he drooling more than usual?
