Can somone direct me to some info on the 12 month vax?

DS is booked in to have his 12 month vaccinations on Monday. However, I have been considering delaying some - in particular the MMR vax. Can anyone please direct me to some good info about the 12 month vax (or at least just the MMR vax) so that I can make an informed decision.

Just bumping, as the appointment is on Monday I'd really like to find out as much as I can before then.

Sorry sterla, I don't know!! We haven't gotten any for DD yet but will be getting a few soon, not the MMR though.

IF you google Priorix (the brand name of the MMR vaccine) you will be able to find the manufacturer's information sheet.

If you google Australian Vaccination Network, and click on the Vaxfacts link on their website, it will give you some of the arguments against the use of the MMR.

Good luck - this is a hard decision for any parent to make, and god on you for taking the time to research it.

Ooh...I forgot. I have 'the vaccine book' by Dr sears. It's great!
