cold and flu medication

is there any cold and flu medication i can take that wont hurt bubs?

im actually wondering the same thing. I have a rotten cold, worse than the last one i had. I have a rotten headache, blocked up nose, sore throat and i havent been able to stop throwing up. All the mucous is making me nauseas. I have been taking panadol and drinking water but doesnt seem to do anything.

yeah nope. Not one.
Panadol only and symtpomatic treatment really.

Panadol is the only thing.

But also, get some vitamin C into you. My Dr recommended that when I had a cold at 10 weeks and it went away after 24 hours and I haven't even had a sniffle since as I continue to take it.

Fluids and plenty of rest.

my cure all for a cold is this: panadol 4 hourly, bed rest, lots of fluids and chicken broth :)

I make my chicken broth with lots of garlic, ginger and salt reduced chicken stock, a dash of salt reduced soy sauce, a dash of sherry vinegar and boil until the garlic and ginger have had long enough to seep the whole broth, then simply pour into a mug and enjoy :) Trust me its the life saver (as long as you put enough garlic and ginger in )
