3rd week of my period.. help

Hi Ladies,

To cut a long story short, I'm on Estelle (BCP) until I begin my first IVF cycle in early July. Just trying to lose weight and having a lap in may, so giving myself ample time to be prepared.

Anyway, my FS put me on Estelle, I'm into my 2nd month on the pill, but after my first period the bleeding never stopped. :(

I'm now into my third week of flow (although light now) but i'm starting to get really down about it.

Has anyone else had this when going back on the pill? I just want my period to end... And my poor partner is going without BD :( (I know it's only been just over two weeks, but that's long enough for us to wait) sorry if TMI.....

Let me know if you have any advice.
