Pregnant again
Yeah am pregnant again. My youngest one is now nearly a year old and will be one year and seven months once this little one is born. I also have a nearly 12 year old who is a tremendous help but she does not know about the little one yet in my belly will leave it until i am 13 - 15 weeks past the critical stage....
Plus this one was not really planned well half planned.....
In any case I have decided to do shared care with RNSH last time I ended up doing my last trimester there due to private obstetritian being too expensive etc... but the long hours waiting there and so on....and the whole hospital atmosphere depressed me it is like all thrown together and the prenatal ward is not even decorated nicely it is cold and clinical and depressing, so I have decided to go with my GP shared care that way I only have to go to the hospital three times.... Money wise not so good since I will have to fork out the money for ultrasound and blood work but at least I can make the pregnancy a more homely thing and not such a clinical thing. Anyone else thinks that way or just me. Plus I am much more relaxed this time round not so paranoid about things going wrong...just taking it a day at a time....
I was just so overparanoid and anxious last time it was ridiculous and felt out of my control.

congratulations!! What an exciting time :)
I chose to go through team midwifery at the hospital this time, much friendlier and hopefully I will get one of the MW I know when I go into labour! I also got told I was allowed to have a water birth at the hospital so I am super excited!!!!

Congratulations!!
GP shared care sounds just right for you! takes you away from having to wait hours (especially with a toddler underfoot!).
wishing you a H&H pregnancy!

Congratulations, wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy.
I know what you mean about the cold and clinical hospital waiting rooms, they aren't very nice. Unfortunately I am considered high risk so there will be not much luck for me in escaping them, I will try my hardest next pregnancy though.

Congratulations, all the best for your pregnancy.

Dianne
