Help !! whats going on

Hey girls
haven't been on for a while sorry and i kinda need advice. For the last 5 days ive been feeling nausea's, cramps, light headed and just generally down and yuck i had my period a week ago had it for 1 day im kinda confused and have no idea whats going on. Has anyone else felt like this and has an idea whats wrong. I havent been to the dr yet as my dr is booked out till next fri.:wall: please any advice will help alot

The one day of bleeding might have been implantation bleed but I am not sure. Hope you are feeling better soon :hug:

not sure bout the pregnancy thing i havent taken a test yet but i never bleed when i was pregnant with the twins so im not sure about this time i will take a test i think
