is there such a thing as prenatal depression?

Ok, the title says it all. Has anyone heard of anyone suffering from prenatal depression or had any kind of the blues before the baby was born?

I dont even know if it exists or not.

Yes there is such a thing as prenatal depression. It is not as well known as post natal depression.
