I'm pretty sure Queen make an all natural food colouring but have no idea where to buy it.
Olive, I've just googled and found a site called healthy kids dot com dot au who sell natural food colourings AND hundreds and thousands :o
They're a tad exxy though.
cochineal = pink
turmeric = yellow
cocoa = brown (haha obviously)
These are the only ones I know, but you can get them at your regular supermarket.
Oh, just remembered - sometimes ppl use beetroot for pink colouring but I'm pretty sure you'd get a bit of beety taste with it.
thanks ladies!!
tinks i found some at the health food shop, $6.50 a colour :o
found the queens ones at the superamrket $8 for 4 colour so i got them !
MD my mum suggested beetroot for pink!!
you can use pomegranate juice for red too...might taste a little nicer that beetroot LOL
I know this is an old thread, but i thought I'd pop on with something I found in a search.
They're called Hoppers natural colourings and they make sprinkles/100's and 1000's too, all with no artificial colours/preservatives.
They are $6 a jar, but if you use them, then they're worth it.
where do you get the 100 and 1000s from kim??
I was going to say I know Christy uses beetroot juice for pink :)
If you google the name Olive they have a website where you can buy them.
